The fee structure at St Louis Nursing Home consists of four parts:

Basic Daily Fee:

This fee covers basic expenses as set by the Department of Health. It is an amount that everyone pays for the day-to-day services they receive in residential care, including meals, utilities, cleaning, and laundry. This fee is reviewed and updated quarterly. For further information, please refer to the Department of Heath and Aged Care.

Means Tested Fee:

This fee is set by Centrelink based on an assessment of a resident’s income and assets. Residents are not obliged to submit their income/assets for assessment. However, non-disclosure to Centrelink results in payment of the maximum means-tested fee. This fee is subject to an annual and lifetime cap. Please refer to the My Aged Care website for the means-tested fee calculator.

Accommodation Payment:

This is for your accommodation and can be paid as either a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP), or a combination of both. The DAP is determined by the interest rates published by the Department of Health at the time of entry into permanent care.

Higher Everyday Living Fees:

St Louis Nursing Home has 3 standards of preferred Distinguished Living Bundles intentionally designed for your unique, individual, enhanced care, over and above what is legislated and covered by your basic daily fee.

They are St Louis Classic, St Louis Signature and St Louis Premium. These range in price per day.

Room types and fees

All rooms in our Nursing Home are single with private ensuites, providing comfort and privacy. Prices are effective from 1st of October 2025 and may change at any time. Please note, room photos are for illustration purposes only.
